Whatever I Have Is The Best One

Image
Instead of saying "the best is yet to come," say "whatever I have is the best one." Instead of saying "the best is yet to come," say "whatever I have is the best one" and live in the present moment. Because when you say "the best is yet to come" it ultimately increases your curiosity and you don't enjoy the present moment because you are still waiting for something better to happen in your life. I know that a lot of motivational speakers are misusing this quote in the name of so-called motivation but a sensible person and a rational human being will never ever get any sort of motivation or encouragement from this quote. As there is a very famous quote of Mola Imam Ali ع which says that; What's yours will find you. See, this is a complete quote full of motivation, encouragement and satisfaction. After hearing or reading this quote, a person does not suffer from any kind of curiosity but is satisfied that what is meant for her/him

Understanding Development In Its True Sense

WHAT IS DEVELOPMENT? For the past few weeks I have been continuously striving and struggling to find out the true meaning of this one word "Development". What development actually is? What does it look like? Hence, I have come to this point that "Development" is subjective. Sometimes what you consider is development may not be development for me and for someone else. Later in this regard I found a very influential article written by a German Scholar in which she has described clearly what "Development" actually is. There she has described Development on the country level under the concept of "Development Support Communication". Although, in that article the meaning of "development" was not discussed openly from every angle, as it was limited to the country level but this is what I was searching for and I found my answer to a question that was continuously crashing inside my mind from the past few weeks. So, development in the &quo

Better Things Are Coming

Better Things Are Coming Great things don't happen overnight. It may take a moment to arrive but when it does, it makes you realise why the wait is necessary, why the patience is necessary. Take comfort in knowing that - what comes easy doesn't last and the things that last, don't come easy. Most of the time they require wisdom, patience, and sacrifice.  What feels like waiting for you could be life's way of preparing something greater than you could imagine. Oftentimes, things have to end and be forgotten, for better things to begin. I hope you find solace in the thought that there is always beauty in the waiting.  Like how a rainbow slowly paints the sky after a nonstop rain, after a while, it becomes a beautiful sight to behold and the waiting makes sense - just as how our life should be.  I hope you hang in there because better things are coming.  Patience is not simply the ability to wait, it's how we behave while we are waiting. Someone has said perfectly: &q

The Party & Me

THE PARTY & ME This week on Thursday a guy who is my class fellow came to me and started convincing me to join the welcome party which is going to be held on Thursday next week, the party timing is from 3 to 6 pm. Well, I tried my best to handle the situation. Thus, I told him that I'll let you know later whether I'm coming to join you at the party or not. On the other hand, he doesn't know how important these few hours in between 3 to 6 pm are for me. I exercise and read novels between 3 to 6 pm and I don't want to waste my precious time there watching students performing skits, tableaus, singing songs and other stuff in the name of so-called enjoyment on the stage. I would definitely say that partying is not my kind of thing or maybe I am so boring; You may name it. Also, I believe that the older you get, the more you lose interest in these kinds of things and that's why I always say; Real men don't party, time means a lot to them.
