If you exercise in the gym or not, both ways you're going to ruin the real shape of your body. Let me tell you how.
See, if you exercise in the gym for muscle building, and you've turned into a heavy bodybuilder, you've already ruined the shape of your body. Because, God didn't create you muscular. He just gave you muscles and a perfect body structure.
Secondly, if you don't go to the gym and avoid doing any sort of exercise, and you spend more than half of your day just laying down on your couch watching TV or using your phone. Even then you're going to ruin the real shape of your body. Because, you'll gain a lot of body fat and you may suffer from numerous diseases.
So, the excess of everything is bad. Stay normal, the only thing you have to do is to keep your body fit and fitness doesn't come with heavy weight lifting.
Just running for a mile on a daily basis is quite enough to reduce fat to keep your body fit. It improves blood circulation as well as it will keep your mind fresh.
It's good, if you're lucky like me and you live in a place where you have a clean environment, a river and a lot of space for running. But if you don't have enough space to go out on a walk or running. No excuses. Just invest a little amount of your income and buy a sophisticated "treadmill" for yourself, else you could also join a gym nearby you but not for heavy weight lifting, just for treadmill running.
Health should be your first priority. It's a gift from God.
