Humanity or Religion, which comes first?

Regarding the question "which comes first, humanity or religion" depends on which religion are you talking about. As far as Islam is concerned a Muslim is not a good Muslim unless he is a good human being first. So, in Islam all the aspects of humanity are covered so if you ask a question that which thing comes first humanity or Islam, I would say Islam because Islam encompasses humanity. It is like asking would you like to pass school or would you like to pass graduation. When you pass graduation is understood that you've passed school also, without passing school you cannot pass graduation. Islam is far superior than humanity it includes all the aspects of humanity. 

There is not a single teaching of Islam that is against humanity. People may think it is but the moment you realize the logical reason why that rule have been prescribed in Islam then you'll know that nothing in the religion Islam is against humanity as a whole.

So, I would say between the two Islam & Humanity ofcourse Islam is number one. In Surah Al-Imran Ch: 3 V:19 says that; "The only religion acceptable in the sight of Allah is Islam.

Word Origin:                                            The word Sociology is derived from a Greek word "Socius" and a Latin word "Logus", its etymological meaning is "Science of Society". Brief History of Sociology: Back in 374 B.C, Aristotle used a word "social animal" and by then sociology came into being. Although there are two founders of Sociology one is real founder and the other one is modern founder.
